Passionate supporters of the actress are demanding that a individual who breached a barrier and seized the performer during yesterday's Wicked: For Good debut be taken into custody or expelled from Singapore.

A circulating clip shows the Australian man pushing past media personnel and charging at Grande while the performers walked down a yellow carpet surrounded by supporters.

Cast member Cynthia Erivo quickly guided the shocked star away from Mr Wen, who was observed being led away of the event by guards.

Mr Wen posted on Instagram recently that he was "let go after being arrested", though court documents showed that he was set to be present on Friday morning. It is uncertain if he was formally accused.

History of Event Invasions

This is not an isolated incident for Mr Wen, who calls himself a "Troll Most Hated", has crashed a celebrity gathering. His Instagram account features videos of him interrupting other star-studded functions, including breaching the performance area at the pop singer's Sydney concert in recently and in a like fashion during The Chainsmokers performance in the city last December.

"There needs to be action enforced against him as this is evidently a criminal offence," commented an Instagram follower, in a message to a video Mr Wen uploaded of his behavior.

"You've done this repeatedly... how are you not behind bars?" a different Instagram user questioned.

Followers Voice Worry Over the Star's Safety

Numerous followers accused Mr Wen for "re-traumatising" Grande, who had discussed experiencing post-traumatic stress disorder after a devastating incident at the end of her May 2017 performance in Manchester, claiming the lives of 22 people and harming hundreds.

"The star has endured numerous terrifying experiences... including the Manchester tragedy, and you believed breaching security was amusing?" said another message on Instagram.

Some supporters also criticised security officers at the premiere for not being sufficiently alert; while different individuals requested online networks to block Mr Wen's content.

Aftermath and Premiere Information

In clips spreading on the internet, Grande seemed shocked when she was touched by the individual. Her cast members Michelle Yeoh and Erivo can be spotted consoling her while Mr Wen was escorted away by security.

Grande has not commented on the event, and the rest of the event proceeded as normal.

Hundreds of Singapore attendees had waited to meet the actors of Wicked

Hundreds of attendees had assembled in a mass of colorful attire at the Wicked: For Good regional premiere in a Singapore mall, including several who had queued for as long as a significant duration before it commenced.

The movie, to be released on November 21, is the follow-up of a two-part version of the acclaimed stage production Wicked, which focuses on the unexpected friendship between two distinct characters.

The show itself is a spin-off of the 1900 story The Wonderful Wizard of Oz.

Grande, who portrays the good witch Glinda, was dressed in a champagne pink sparkling outfit at the gathering while Erivo, who acts as the villainous character, wore a sleek black dress decorated with roses.

They were accompanied by co-star Jeff Goldblum.

The initial film, Wicked, was the top-earning film of the previous year in the UK, and scored a dozen Oscar nominations, securing two for outstanding attire and set decoration.
